THE EVENT

We're putting together another spectacular event focused on donated wild game meat prepared by Master Chef Xavier Lacaze and his team of culinary artists. The event will include multiple courses of wild game dishes served family style to each table. You've never had a meal prepared like this before and you won't forget this one. Join us to partake in the bountiful harvest from last year's hunting and fishing season. The evening will include raffles, door prizes, silent auction items, and more.
