ODFGA 5th Annual Banquet

Tickets to our 5^th Annual Banquet and Fundraiser are now available. The banquet will have a new look this year with a Fall Dinner theme including a buffet meal of turkey and ham with all the trimmings. There will also be a selection of wild game dishes donated by our membership. This menu will appeal to a wide audience and in order to accommodate a larger crowd we have moved it to the Viking Rentals Centre in Okotoks. The event will be a little more casual than previous years with a western wear dress code and children are welcome to join in.

The banquet is being held on Saturday September 26. Doors open at 5:00pm, with dinner at 6:00pm. We’ll have some silent auctions, possibly a live auction, raffles and displays. Adult tickets are only $75, and kids 12 and under are $50. Seating will be pre-assigned, so you can be sure you’ll get a seat with your friends and family. A cash bar will be fully stocked with locally sourced spirits.

Tickets can be purchased online by sending an eTransfer to treasurer@okotoksfishandgame.com. Please include your contact info in the eTransfer so we get all of the information we need.

Tickets can also be purchased in person with cash by attending one of our ODFGA events or by emailing odfga@okotoksfishandgame.com to arrange a meet up.

We expect this to be a sellout, so get your tickets fast. Our ODFGA members and previous banquet attendees get access to a short pre-purchase period to buy priority tickets now, but we’ll soon open it up and advertise to the general public.
