Wild Game Donations for Our 5th Annual Banquet & Fundraiser
If you’re having a successful season, we invite you to set aside a portion of your harvest for the club’s 5th Annual Wild Game Banquet & Fundraiser. We’re aiming for a diverse menu and welcome donations of venison, moose, antelope, elk, bear, cougar, and game birds.
Donation guidelines:
- Quantity target: ~20 lb per protein (we can combine multiple smaller donations).
- Preferred cut: Roasts (our chef can cut into steaks, portion, or grind as needed).
- Timing: We’ll announce a coordinated pickup in the new year. For now, please set aside what you can.
CWD notice:
If donating deer from a CWD-prevalent zone, please retain and provide a negative test result with your donation.
How to pledge a donation:
Use the Contact page on our website or email the club with your name, species/type, approximate weight, and your location. We’ll follow up with collection details closer to the pickup date.
